    Join Sal over the course of 4 weeks to help support the establishment and ongoing commitment to a consistent mindfulness meditation practice. 

    Sal has first-hand experienced the benefits of meditation following a period of corporate burnout and stress induced anxiety and is passionate about sharing knowledge and tools to build a consistent mindfulness based meditation practice.

    All levels and experience welcome.

  • Sound Bath

    PHOEBE DUBAR (IKSRE)

    We could not think of a better way to end the year!

    Phoebe uses a combination of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, hand pan, Monochord and vocal toning. Participants lie down and relax as they are “bathed” in sound, slowing down their brainwaves and lulling them into a deep state of meditation and healing. It’s a profound experience for many, with no experience or skills required by its participants.

  • Meditation, Yoga and Sound Healing

    Meditation, Yoga & Sound Healing

    NOV 29th, 7pm - 8.30pm

    Join Valli and Raj for a relaxing evening of Meditation, Yoga and Sound Healing.

    Harnessing the dreamy fertile energy of the Sagittarius new moon and planting seeds for what is to come.

    We will begin the evening with meditation and intention setting, followed by a 45 minute yoga practice led by Raj, blending gentle flow and yin poses to help with turning inwards and settling into the body.

    We will finish off the evening with a sound bath by Valli, combining crystal bowls and angelic singing to bring you into a deep state of restoration and relaxation.

    Cost: $45.

    What you need: Just yourself; mats, tea & bolsters provided.
