Join us in Southern India as we immerse ourselves in the local culture and knowledge. This Retreat is centred around Ayurveda including an Ayurvedic workshop with a local doctor to introduce the doshas and an understanding of our make up, visits to local temples and an evening sound healing with a local sound healer. And of course, yoga & meditation classes each day with Sal and Shelley.

Ayurveda was the main medical practice thousands of years ago in India, and in Kerala it continues to thrive today. We are excited to offer this ancient practice on retreat through workshops and the experience of massage.

Kerala also has so much to offer – for those of you who came to Sri Lanka you will be able to continue your surfing journey. There are ancient temples and rituals, not to mention the draw card of Kerala: The backwaters.
