At Grass Roots, we aim to make yoga accessible to everyone regardless of age, level or mindset. As a studio, we are committed to community, sparking connection and nurturing a safe and inclusive space to meet and promote ones growth whatever that might look like.

Our 200-hour yoga teaching training has been lovingly developed in collaboration with experts spanning across humanities/history/philosophy, anatomy and physiology, subtle body, energetics and the practice/sequencing of asana.

Our aim is to provide a cohesive learning experience, one where students feel deeply enriched with the wisdom and philosophy of the ancient practice of yoga, have a greater sense of their body both physiologically and energetically and more than anything feel empowered to find their voice and self expression.

Upon successful completion of the 200 hours and all assessments, Grass Roots YTT graduates can apply for Provisional Teacher membership with Yoga Australia.

If you have any questions or are interested to undertake your 200-hr YTT with Grass Roots, please reach out to register your EOI via button on righthand side.
