Yoga

  • A steady, yet challenging general hatha based practice.

    The emphasis on breath and alignment, the asanas (postures) and designed to be safely practiced in a heated environment

    This open level class will strengthen and detoxify the entire body.

    Room heated to 35 degrees.

  • This fun and creative class is ideal for practitioners who love to move and who love to do different things each class.

    Combining a dynamic vinyasa based practice with elements of arm balancing, inversions and creative sequencing. This class will offers a true immersion into your physical and mental self, taking your practice to the next level.

    Open to all levels, modifications offered.

  • Targets the connective tissues, ligaments and joints of the body. With 3-5 minutes in each of the floor-based postures, we weave in mindfulness techniques making this a deeply nourishing and meditative practice.

     

Mat Pilates

  • A blend of slow and fast paced moves for a full-body workout. It includes a mix of heavy dumbbell strength work, dynamic pilates and blasts of cardio.

  • Build the burn with this traditional mat pilates flow, focussed on full-body movement, targeted muscle toning and deep core muscle strengthening.

  • Our hot mat class is a blend of strength and tone for a full-body workout under the heat panels of Studio A.

    Expect a dynamic class that will get the heart rate up, your sweat on, and leave you feeling energised!

Meditation

  • Guided meditation using breath, body and mind awareness to help students develop a sense of calm and ease in the present moment.

    Suitable for all students, whether you have an established practice or are ready to try meditation for the first time.

  • A gently guided lying down meditation to relax your body and quiet your mind. No experience necessary, come ready to fall into a deep state of relaxation.
