At Grass Roots Yoga, we aim to make yoga accessible to everyone regardless of age, level or mindset by offering a wide variety of classes. Our core offering is in hot yoga with a mindful twist. We believe that the ‘yogic path’, is not limited to postures alone but the skilful integration of mindfulness – yes, even in hot yoga! Each of the classes stretches, strengthens and tones muscles whilst detoxifying the body and calming the mind.

Our class offerings

  • 35° Classic Hot

    A dynamic and challenging general level class in true hot yoga fashion, this system of postures with emphasis on deeper breathing are specifically designed for the heated environment.

  • 32° Classic Flow

    Fluid sequences are linked together with vinyasa flows. Emphasis is placed on the synergy between breath and movement. Great for upper body strength and improving cardiovascular health.

  • 28° Simply

    This class takes the best of vinyasa at a slower pace and with less heat in the room to create a solid foundation before moving onto other styles.

  • 22° Yin Yoga

    Targets the connective tissues, ligaments and joints of the body. With 3-5 minutes in each of the floor-based postures, we weave in mindfulness techniques making this a deeply nourishing and meditative practice.

  • Mindfulness Meditation

    Our weekly meditation classes help you dedicate much needed time to SELF. Explore themes of the heart, mind, body and soul each week through expertly guided classes. Stillness and connection seem like indulgences we don’t have time for, but are actually now more important than ever.
