    Join us in Southern India as we immerse ourselves in the local culture and knowledge. This Retreat is centred around Ayurveda including an Ayurvedic workshop with a local doctor to introduce the doshas and an understanding of our make up, visits to local temples and an evening sound healing with a local sound healer. And of course, all the yoga & meditation classes each day, taken by Sal (meditation) and Shelley (yoga)!
