What to expect:
- A powerful time for looking within, and releasing what no longer serves you – full moons are all about letting go. Shedding.
- Come armed with an intention for the period ahead – what can you release, so you can grow?
Phoebe facilitates her sound baths using a combination of Himalayan and Alchemy crystal singing bowls, gongs, hand pan, drum, chimes, Monochord and voice, including overtone singing.
This is an incredible way to start to the week, feeling grounded and nourished from the inside out.
