Explore a unique combination of Tibetan Buddhist Meditation, Chinese Medicine in uenced acupressure massage, Yin inspired asana along with Nada (sacred sound) healing and an extended Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation or ‘conscious sleep’).
This workshop is for everyone – beginners and advanced Yogis alike will bene t and all conditions & injuries are welcome. Most of the time will be spent laying down and modi cations and alternatives can be given to suit everyone.
By holding poses for extended periods of time & slowly and gently stretching the connective tissue of the body we increase lubrication of the joints, increase range of motion and energy ow within the body and decrease tension and chronic pain.
