Sinking Deep’s Unified Intention: To sink deep into the infinite spaces within through gentle embodiment (Yin Yoga), deep breathing and cellular harmonisation through sound (Didgeridoo, Surbahar and the Hang Drum).
Every being is unique, the team behind ‘Sinking Deep’ respects wherever you are in your practice. You are invited to journey into your own version of self discovery. This is a non-judgmental, non-comparative space and you are highly encouraged to enter with an open mind and heart, including toward your Self. Please note: ‘Sinking Deep’ will be using the didgeridoo, Surbahar and hang drum at a distance from our attendees with the option of localised auric application.
As you enter Grass Roots Yoga we ask that you please take a stone (provided at the door) and place at the top of your mat to indicate permission to work at close proximity to your body. We will respect your space according to your wishes.
