Our term 3 (9 weeks) yoga program focuses on improving kids mental and physical wellbeing though yoga and meditation, increasing strength and flexibility for sports performance, recovery and general wellbeing. Helping improve your child’s focus and energy helping them to feel calmer, release tension and sleep better.
Classes will focus on building resilience, happiness and well-being from the inside out covering different themes each week, including:
managing stress and anxiety
Each class consists of yoga, breathing and mindfulness techniques to calm an anxious mind, a yoga-inspired game, a guided relaxation and a Make A Difference component. Engaging, fun and supportive. It’s all about kids being kids, embracing them for whoever they want to be in a friendly big-hearted space.

Teacher Bio :
Sharon Raine is a Certified Crystal, Sound and Reiki practition-er. She is trained in Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy and Mindfulness and works particularly with kids and teens. Her work includes working with those with special needs and mental health is-sues. Sharon is a mother of 4 and facilitates regular yoga classes and workshops at various locations across the Peninsula, sup-porting both adults and children in improving physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
