We’re all ‘hormonal’. The Endocrine System is an incredibly powerful influence on health – influencing moods, libido, appetite, sexual health, metabolism and absolutely everything that manifests in the physical body.
Although it can seem overwhelmingly complex, there are some easily applied, simple tools to help keep your hormonal system balanced. With a focus on the particular needs of women, this workshop blends western science with Yoga and explores practical solutions for our Modern age. This Workshop is for women only, all ages & ability levels welcome.
