In this fun and dynamic workshop, you will learn tips, tricks and techniques that will help you find and hold your handstand.
We will begin with a mindful guided mediation and intention setting before moving into practice designed to intelligently open and strengthen your shoulders and hamstrings in order to best assist you in your handstand.
We will use props, practice fun gymnastic drills with a blend of traditional yoga asanas, and look at how your anatomy can impact your journey to balancing on your hands.
Starting with beginner variations to ensure that all participants achieve some “hang time”! This workshop is a must for anyone who wants to learn how to do a handstand and/or refine their technique. Open to all levels.
