We are super excited to launch our Feb Challenge as we commit to moving more and drinking less in Feb 2020.
Together with Feb Fast our February Challenge means we’re committing to practicing at least 4+ times a week whilst we also pledge to give up either ALCOHOL or SUGAR or BOTH!
A regular yoga practice has many benefits – physical, physiological, mental, and emotional. Committing to a daily practice allows the benefits to be integrated more deeply and obviously to you and those around you.
Add to this quitting alcohol and sugar, you’ll feel healthier, have improved sleep, be more productive with better concentration, save money with an amazing amount of increased energy. Who wouldn’t want this!
We also have the chance to make a difference through our fundraising efforts as we support Feb Fast who support disadvantaged young people aged 12 to 25 across Australia.
How do I join?
Sign up to an account with Feb Fast and make sure you join the Grass Roots Yoga team so your fundraising efforts go towards our team total.
COST: You need to have a pass that will see you through February 2020 and also sign up for a Fundraising account with Feb Fast, but essentially it’s free!
