Get ready to roll out tight muscles and embrace your weekend as a rejuvenated, relaxed and happier version of yourself. End the week with a yoga flow and Roll & Release workshop sequenced to make you feel better in your body. Set to harmonious beats, hip-hip and R&B tunes we will use specialised Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls to self-massage, get curious and explore how your body really fells. Zen out and discover new ways to reach tightness in the muscles, ease tension and pain, improve athletic performance as well as enhance muscle strength and flexibility.

From yogis to personal trainers, runners, surfers, exercise enthusiasts, tradies and office workers this workshop will help you to bliss out and show you ways to live better in your body.

About the Teacher :

An ocean dweller, mountain explorer, adventure seeker, and yoga lover, Megan lives with a simple philosophy – movement is medicine. Captured by the flow, vitality, and empowerment that yoga provides she teaches in a way that helps students to move through life more freely both in body and mind.

In her workshop she shares with warmth and purpose a practice that has transformed her own active and injured body in ways that yoga alone could not. Megan’s aim is to provide a space where students can bring greater strength, flexibility and balance to their bodies, quiet their rambling minds and leave class feeling amazing.
