Arm Balance Workshop
In this fun and dynamic inversion workshop, you will learn tips, tricks and techniques that will help you in various arm balances.
Together, we will start with a guided mediation aimed to facilitate the grounding process and become aware of any self limiting beliefs. We will then move into various shapes that will open and strengthen the appropriate areas of the body, starting with beginner arm balances including crow (Bakasana) then progress into the more complex forearm balances such as feathered peacock pose (Pincha Mayurasana) and everything in between!
We will use props, practice fun drills, and look at how your anatomy can impact your journey to balancing on your hands and forearms. This workshop is a must for anyone who wants to learn to balance upside down and/or refine their technique. Open to all levels.
