YOGA – FOOD – MINDFULNESS

Are you ready to get 2018 on track and align your yoga, food and mindfulness practices? If so, then join us at GRY and commit yourself to our next 30 day challenge beginning 1st April, 2018.
As well as daily practice at the studio (any style, day, time), we will give you weekly food inspiration inclusive of meal plans, shopping lists and recipes from our very own health nut yogi, Alex Maxwell!
Participants in the 30-Day Challenge receive the support and motivation of community. As a group, participants are driven by their common goal. A regular yoga practice has many benefits – physical, physiological, mental, and emotional. Committing to a daily practice allows the benefits to be integrated more deeply and obviously to you (and those around you).
Cost: Free for GRY Members / $200 for non members

Inclusions: 30 Day of yoga with the support of your yogi friends, weekly inspirational emails inclusive of mindfulness and food inspo. Laughs. As many as you can muster!
