As we enter into the silly season it can become increasingly challenging to stay grounded and connected to what really matters and easily give in to overindulging. This can leave us finishing the year feeling sluggish and exhausted!
Why not commit yourself to 21 days of mindful yoga practice to finish the year looking good and dedicate the lead up to Christmas and the new year with a daily gratitude practice promoting a sense of calm and clarity.
The challenge kicks off on 1st December for 21 days of daily practice.
Students will be encouraged to practice a variety of our yoga styles, allowing for deeper exploration of ones self and an opportunity to cultivate mindful living.
*Please note 5/10/20 class and Introductory Month/Round 2 passes are put on hold for the duration of the challenge, resuming upon challenge completion.
