Are you ready to take your yoga and mindfulness practices to the next stage inviting in space for a little more intention, meaning and purpose? If so, then join us at GRY and commit yourself to our first challenge of the year – 21 days of practice beginning 1st May 2019.
The 21 Day Challenge provides participants with the support and motivation of community. As a group, participants are united and driven by their common goal.By committing to a regular practice for 21 days and challenging yourself mentally, physically and emotionally you will begin to reset and redefine habitual behavioural patterns.
The challenge itself will be broken into three weekly themes, giving you an intention behind your practice and motivation to keep going. Students will be encouraged to practice a variety of our yoga styles on offer at the studio (i.e. not all hot yoga), allowing for deeper exploration of ones self and an opportunity to cultivate mindful living.
A regular yoga practice has many benefits – physical, physiological, mental, and emotional. Committing to a daily practice allows the benefits to be integrated more deeply and obviously to you and those around you.
Cost: Free for GRY Members / $150 for Non-Members

Inclusions: 21 Days of yoga with the support of your yogi friends, weekly inspirational emails inclusive of mindfulness and food inspiration, weekly prizes and completion goodie bag.
*Please note 5/10 class and Introductory Month/Round 2 passes are put on hold for the duration of the challenge, resuming upon challenge completion.
